Some of those are really good games, interested in hearing the negative arguments behind them. Final Fantasy 7 is one of the greatest stories ever told, arcade Tempest is fantastic, Tetris 2 is a decent puzzle game (not as good as the original, but not a bad game at all),

Mortal Kombat Game Boy was a turd of a game though.

    It's a story, not a game.

    Lots of No.

I'm surprised to see Tempest on there. I already knew that you didn't like it, but I didn't think you actually hated it. This should be interesting (or at least funny!).
What I've always said about Pac-Man on the VCS is that it's not a bad game -- it's just not Pac-Man.
I'm selfishly glad that you didn't include the Atari VCS version of Space Invaders. I've never quite understood your distaste for that one, either, as it's not as sluggish as the arcade original, and it's certainly more colorful and immediately visceral. But then, I played the VCS version months before even seeing the coin-op. Also, the cartridge contains every conceivable variation on the basic theme -- 112 options, or 224 if you count the difficulty switch!

Tangent: While I'm on the off-topic of Space Invaders, it's often called the VCS's "killer app." Am I nuts, or did the term "application" come into being strictly to separate non-game programs from game programs? It might have been the console's killer game, but it's not an application!

Take a good look at the Commodore 16/Plus4 version of Green Beret.
