Before you insult a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you insult him, you'll be a mile away, and have his shoes.

I should explain. These are guilty pleasures, so, not great games, but games we like to play anyway.

If you like it, you like it, it's not a guilty pleasure.

Survivor for me by miles. I played it for ages when I first had it and still give it a bash from time to time. Great fun.

I always enjoyed Keystone Kapers on its own merits. It's not much of a game, but it's fast-paced running. I think Double Dragon is a good candidate. Objectively the game is terrible, even lacking simultaneous 2 player play, but for some reason I keep going back to it. My own four picks: California Games (any version, particularly 2600), Home Alone (SNES), Wacky Gator (arcade redemption), and Michael Jackson's Moonwalker (Mega Drive).

My definition has always been games that people dismiss for a variety or reasons, or look at someone odd for playing. Stuff like the Leisure Suit Larry games or even DDR. With that definition, the fighting game Waku Waku 7 would be a guilty pleasure for me. As could the Doom hack "Chex Quest".
