So Simon recently announced he is going to start development of a game. What genre are you doing, and is it going to be on PC?

My takeaway from the last dinosaur pie was that it would be a metroidvania with some form of 3d graphics, perhaps like Shadow Complex?

Yes I did indeed say that I was slowly starting work on my own project.
While it is a Metroidvania style title, I think I can safely say that it will not be 3D.
I don't know one end of a polygon from another.
So it will be 100% 2D.

Hello there.
Without going into any great detail, which basically doesn't exist because it's still early days....it's a hack and slash, metroidvania style game.
Very ME...which is about the only way I can describe it.
I promise that I will keep people posted regarding development progress.

Metroidvania sounds great, really curious if its gonna have that gothic look most of the metroidvania titles have or something totally different. 2D sounds great, as I feel 2d titles have more of an artistic quality to them.
