... and also the poor cousin in the series.

Mind you, that's coming from somebody who enjoyed Minnish Cap.

Minish cap was pretty good, aside from the final boss

I didn't mind Minish Cap to a point then it got a little frustrating so I quit. Worth continuing? Dunno how far I got mind you, it was ages ago. I dont think I ever played II either as it happens.

I think it's well worth doing Minish

I've always left Zelda 2 for after I've finished Zelda 1, but I still haven't done that yet, one day it'll happen

The side on parts of Zelda 2 ruin it for me.

It's a button masher on those bits.

Now if they would only release Zelda II HD! Actually, I am looking forward to Twilight Princess HD, which should be releasing in a few months.

Also, Metroid is turning 30 this year. A lot of speculation going on as to whether Nintendo will release a new game to celebrate or not.

I'd love a new Metroid. Twilight Princess HD? Wasn't aware of that! Wii U I assume, which is probably why, and why I will not play it most likely

Yeah, Twilight Princess is being re-released in HD on the Wii U. They're also doing a Wolf Link amiibo, which will unlock an optional dungeon.

Zelda II is my favorite game in the series because of how different it is.

Ah, amiibo. Only Nintendo could do in-app purchase microtransactions at ten times the price and make an absolute mint doing it.
