From the above choices, it would have to be Dark Forces for me, with Episode 1 Racer as a close second.
That being said, I've got a TON of movie based games that are in my personal top ten. (well, OK, I guess I only have ten in my personal top ten, but whatever).
Gremlins (NES) - Great soundtrack and shows a top down platforming game can be done right on the NES.
True Lies (SNES) - Hard as balls, but the levels are large, and its fun mowing down baddies.
Jurassic Park (Genesis) - Looked amazing, played a little clunky but still quite fun, with a great soundtrack.
Robocop (NES) - I know lots of people hate this game, but I thought it was good. The clunky controls matched how Robocop would really control.
Batman (NES) - Solid gameplay, great fun, even if it had little to do with the movie.
I'll stop there. Curious if one of those is gonna be at least a honorable mention though, to me those 5 above are VERY strong picks.
The Adams family on the SNES has got to be the best movie based video game from the past, it's full on entertainment!
Early backer of the CGE Adventures Atari game - Long time listener of the RGR Podcast.
I went with Star Wars Racer. Dark Forces is my second choice.
The Tron arcade and the original Star Wars arcade would be my top picks (all roads lead to Disney).
One I played a lot of was Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade from Lucas Arts, but more of an honorable mention.
As for more Star Wars, Rogue Squadron is great and I heard good things about X-Wing vs Tie Fighter.

Batman Returns for the Master System and Game Gear were very good and completely different from the SNES version. If you haven't tried it yet it might be worth a play.
TMNT arcade or is that cart before the horse?

I'm fortunate that tron arcade is almost always at the UK expos that I attend, and I always play it, and always try and get a mate to compete high scores with, but in Jo way do I think it's that great a game
Great for 5 minutes once a year, but not something I can spend a lot of time with
