The Last Retro Computer Games Festival Ever!

That's right folks this is going to be the last Retro Computer Games Festival ever. But fear not, this wont be the last retro gaming event I organise. From the ashes of the Retro Computer Games Festival a new retro gaming event will be born. But that's for the future, right now we still have one more Retro Computer Games Festival (RCGF) to go, so lets make it a blinder!

So what have we got in store for the last RCGF? Well I think the Hi-Score competition at the last event went rather well so I shall be running another one of them. There will be six games, they will all be arcade games or arcade conversions, and they will be different games from last time. The scores will be updated throughout the day with live scores available online.

There will also be a separate Homebrew Hi-Score competition. This will be a single game on a Beeb. That's all your getting on that one for now.

Seeing as it the last RCGF I'm throwing caution to the wind and we'll have Pong and Warlords knock-out competitions as well.

I've got a couple of projectors now so I'll probably do something interesting with them.

You'll get to see how little I've done to my MAME cab since the last event.

What's that I can hear you say, Rock Band? We'll see.......

Think of this as a best of the RCGF. Everything that's worked well in the past thrown carelessly into one event. 20 + systems/machines spread across a cosy little pub.

This is all taking place once again at my sisters pub, the Garden Gate. Cally and staff will keep you fed and watered throughout the day.

So if you've never been to a RCGF before this is your last chance to experience the mega mega joy joy. And if you're a regular you couldn't possibly miss the last one, could you?
