STR picks up a boxed U.S. model Sega Game Gear. Yes I went back to the same booth where I found the Rare Game Boy Light and sure enough he had one with the box in Grade A shape! I paid too much for it of course, about 50 bucks, but it did come with a pretty interesting game. Let me know if you have ever heard of or played this game. Apparently it is the last officially released game for the Game Gear!

Two new videos up on my You-tube channel. I visit the Seoul Playstation store and force my wife to play some games. She looks prettier in real life LOL.

Stalking the Retro finally takes a look at the Panasonic 3DO player! Yeah that system kicks ass! I crash and burn in the game Crash N' Burn.

    Did she drive home afterwards?

    I hope not.

Is this the start of a wives playing games meme?

My third video this week. This time I do a let's play of Sonic Blast for the Game Gear. From what I have read this is the last game to come out officially for the Sega Game gear. It was included in my Game Gear pickup. I used Kega Fusion, recorded it with fraps and did a little commentary. If you want to see what it looks like on a real game gear check out my Game Gear pickup video in this thread or on you tube!

Sonic Blast Game Gear: Let's Play! Well just the first three levels. LOL

Stalking the Retro The podcast! Yes another episode that quick! This time Septic Lemon and I talk about Electronic games including handhelds, VFD tabletops, Game N' Watches and a few you probably have never heard of. We also talk about old school computers like the Amstrad CPC, BBC Micro and more!

The song you hear in this episode is by fellow forum member Teknohead and his awesome band WhiteQube! Make sure you check out his website: http://thewhiteqube.com/
Thanks again Teknohead! Your song: "Not on your side" worked well with this episode's topic.

Just listening to this now, I don't know if you get it later or not but the film you are referring to might be Micro Men which is a great dramatisation of the story and the time.

Oh, and Amstrad bought Sinclair very late on and only pretty much rebadged the Sinclair QL as their own.

I did a segment on the story of Sinclair a good while ago and focused on the C5.

She drives a lot like my wife. The scars on her Volvo S80 will attest to that.

Hmm... it would be fun for us married types to do a little video of the wives gaming...
