Default 1Up retro blog actually stumps me.

Sure we've all heard of the : and we've even heard of the nomad, a portable . But I don't think I've ever seen or heard of the Epoch Game Pocket Computer. The Guys over at the 1Up blog just put up another post in their "game boy retrospective" about this obscure device. Anyone ever heard of it before?

    Check it out here.

Nope. Never seen this before. I love it when I see something new. It's amazing how many handheld games I am still infamiliar with.

There is some more info here: http://www.handheldmuseum.com/Epoch/GamePock.htm

Kind of remindes me of a Microvision.

For a time I was really into those LCD games. The tiger ones were OK but a bit kiddie, you could not find the Nintendo ones in stores were I lived. But I had a pretty good collection stashed in my locker at school, it was sort of my own private arcade.
