So I guess I should I should do one of these intro things..

So, about me.. I live in Seattle, or close enough for people that don't know the surrounding areas.. From Arizona, but have lived here for about 15 years now. Had a great time meeting a bunch of you at CGE. I hadn't been to CGE for about 8 years, it was awesome to go again. I'll be going back for the next one. We have a Seattle Retro Gaming Expo and Portland Retro Gaming Expo that I hit up every year. Also part of the Seattle Retro Computing Society.

I've been collecting retro gaming stuff forever. Also big into retro computers. Amigas, Atari ST, Commodore, Apple.. My Amiga 4000 and Atari Mega STE are two of my favorites.

First systems were a Vic-20 at age 5 and an Intellivision 2 at about 7 I think. Here is me opening my Intellivision and He-Man game for Christmas. lol.. http://www.techbuzzwords.com/videogames/files/blocks_image_4_1.png Then up from there..

Also into modern and vintage audio gear.. I've got an 8-Track deck, dual Reel to Reels and a Laserdisc player all part of setup. Fast forward tech wise, I also love SACDs..

Found the podcast over a year ago, can't remember exactly when, listened non stop until I caught up. Freaking awesome.. Vegas was a blast. Wife and I had a great time hanging out with everyone. I will chat at you all on live chat tomorrow.

Finally posted some pictures of my stuff the other day. Might put some pictures up of the collection over the years lol. It's changed many times, used to have the living room upstairs as the main retro room, complete with two old vintage console TVs.. But ya.. That got vetoed by the wife years ago and it's all moved downstairs now.. Lol.. But it was fun to go though all the old pics the other day..

Some seriously nice stuff in that collection, those Pacman collectibles look nice.Nothing like a collection of shelved consoles to show you that you do not dust as often as you should ;)
